The programme’s duration varies based on individual needs. The initial basic package is four weeks and the Premium package is eight weeks. Participants are expected to commit to the initial package over four consecutive weeks, and engage actively in their journey to wellbeing.

Are there any dietary restrictions or guidelines in the programme?

While we don’t impose strict dietary restrictions, we provide guidance on balanced, nutritious eating as part of a healthy lifestyle, tailored to individual preferences and needs.

What kind of results can I expect from the InnerLite programme?

Are there any additional costs?

An add-on to the programme is the Hypnotic Gastric Band. This is only available to those with a BMI of over 30.

Can I participate in the programme remotely?

Yes, we offer remote participation options through online sessions, ensuring you can benefit from the programme no matter where you are. However, this is only available for the hypnotherapy sessions and the Innerlite MindJab. The holistic therapies are hands-on treatments which must be carried out in clinic. Home visits are available, if suitable. 

What is the InnerLite MindJab and how does it work?

The InnerLite MindJab is a non-invasive, alternative approach that stimulates the body’s natural processes to support weight management and overall health, without the side effects often associated with traditional methods, such as the so-called ‘skinny jabs’ branded as Mounjaro, Saxenda, Ozempic, Wegovy, Xenical, amongst others.
