What to expect

Each Access Bars session lasts around an hour. During the session, you’ll lie comfortably while I lightly touch specific points on your head. Clients often feel deeply relaxed, with some experiencing profound calm or even falling asleep. No preparation is necessary—just arrive ready to relax.
