If your brain feels like it’s running 74 tabs at once, with the sound of a neighbour’s lawnmower playing on loop in the background, Access Bars might be exactly what you need. It’s a gentle, hands-on process where I lightly touch 32 points on your head that correspond to different areas of life — things like money, communication, creativity, control, healing and more. These points store the electromagnetic charge of all the thoughts, ideas, attitudes, decisions and beliefs you’ve ever had. In other words, they’re the filing cabinets of your mind.
When I run your Bars, it’s like hitting the refresh button. Your body and mind start to release the static that’s been building up, and you can feel lighter, clearer and strangely calm — sometimes in ways you can’t quite explain. Some people describe it as “finally breathing properly” or “switching off my brain for the first time in years.” Others just say, “Well, I don’t know what you did, but I feel different.”
What happens in a session
You’ll lie down fully clothed on a treatment couch while I gently hold each point in a specific sequence. There’s no pressure, no manipulation and no strange chanting — just stillness, touch, and your nervous system quietly thanking you for a break. Sessions typically last around 60 minutes, and everyone’s experience is different. Some people feel deeply relaxed, some feel energised, and some have a real sense of emotional release.
What it can help with
Access Bars can be helpful for:
- Reducing stress and overwhelm
- Improving sleep quality
- Supporting mental clarity and focus
- Easing anxiety
- Shifting unhelpful thought patterns
- Giving you a sense of lightness and space
This is not a therapy you mix with anything else in the same session — Access Bars works best as a standalone treatment. That’s because the energy shift is unique, and your body needs time to integrate the changes without extra input.
Curious to try it?
You don’t need to understand how it works to benefit from it (although if you want the sciencey bits, I’m happy to share). All you need is an hour, an open mind, and the willingness to let go of some of the mental clutter you’ve been carrying around.
